Good afternoon to all my lovely blogging friends! The sun is shining in my part of the world, but, alas, we are expecting 6 - 12" of snow tomorrow afternoon.....excellent crafting weather!!!!
I am sooooooo in love with those gorgeous Saturated Canary images. Krista is such an amazing artist. Today, I am showcasing the lovely "Copica", colored with copics, of course! I wanted to use bright, happy colors so I found a pad of BoBunny's Vicki B. Collection which served my purpose perfectly. All the embellishments are from my stash.
My only wish is that I would be more adept at coloring....sigh!

Inventory Challenge #70

Good morning and a very happy Friday to all of you! It's time again for our Inventory Challenge and this week we are to use at least two different embossing folders on our card. I decided to feature the cute hAnglar girl holding a cat.
I have showcased her on papers from BG's Max & Whiskers collection. The flower is from Prima and the cute brown bag holding the tag was a gift from a sweet overseas friend. Thank you soooo much....love it! The rest is from my stash.

I am also entering this card in the Lovely Haenglar Only Challenge #37 "Anything Goes".

Saturated Canary Easter Card

Greetings to all my blogging friends!!! This is a quick post....the last couple of days have been very hectic. I'd like to show you a Easter card I made with one of the adorable Saturated Canary digital images. I colored it with copics and showcased it on papers by K&Company's "Julianne" collection.

Here Comes Hooch!!!!!!

Most of my followers know that all my cards go to the local Animal Shelter and I know that they would prefer more cards showcasing animals. Well, I'm not good at coloring fur.....actually I'm scared to death of creating a disaster!!!!! Well, let me say that I discovered this adorable stamp from Little Miss Muffet on Vicky's blog. She is an incredibly talented artist......Love her amazing works of art. You can see her spectacular card HERE.
I used papers from Hot Off the Press, a pink Prima flower and the cute charm was purchased at our local Canine Care Center. I also used a T. Holtz butterfly die in the background and the blue butterfly was a gift from a dear friend, as well as the lovely lace.
The puppy with the orange bow is showcased on BG Max and Whiskers collection. The feathers are from a Cockatoo. Both images were colored with copics!

Inventory Challenge #69

Good morning everyone....wishing you all a very happy Friday! It is time again for our Inventory Challenge and Danielle and I, along with our talented team, welcome you!
This week's theme is "You Have Been Framed".
I decided to feature one of the Wee Stamps, a line of stamps featuring the cutest images by the amazingly talented artist, Sylvia Zet. The Wee Bunny is showcased on a Magnolia frame from the Yummy for Your Tummy collection. This card was inspired by my sweet friend, Jacque. She sent me a card last year with an inside pocket in which she inserted 4 bars of luscious chocolate bars. I always wanted to replicate this fabulous creation. I used papers from last year's Best Creations Easter collection. Flowers are from Magnolia and the image is colored with copics.

I actually made a second card for today's challenge.....couldn't decide which one to use, so I'm showing both! This is one of Krista's Saturated Canary images. I adore her stamps....the images are so darn cute!!!! She is also an incredibly talented artist!!!!
The papers again are from Best Creations and the cute egg dies are from Memory Box. The frame is from Spellbinders. The inside of the card features another Memory Box die, Macarena corner die. The image is also colored with copics.

LOTV image colored with Prismas

Good morning everyone....wishing you all a very happy Tuesday! After years of crafting and total disillusionment with my Prismas, I finally learned why my lead was always breaking. I hauled them out a couple of days ago and sharpened them to a fine point, without breakage....omg...unbelievable!!!! Instead of turning the pencil while sharpening, you simply turn the sharpener and hold the pencil steady.....simple as that and a problem that's been driving me crazy for years is finally solved!

I colored an adorable LOTV image and showcased this cute little girl on papers from BoBunny's Crazy Love Collection. Flowers are Magnolia and Prima and the lovely lace was a gift from my friend, Danielle.

Inventory Challenge #68

Good morning everyone.......yikes, winter has returned to Wisconsin...awakened to SNOW this morning!!!
The theme for this week's Inventory Challenge is "Hearts and more Hearts".
Well, I made another book card which features Pie Tilda from the Sweet Crazy Love 1012 collection and Wilma, from last year's Valentine collection.
Papers are Pocket Scraps by Heidi Grace and "Romance" by Reminisce. The gorgeous ribbon was purchased at my local craft shop. I also used a Magnolia die.

Good morning everyone! OMG...I just fell in love with this whimsical and adorable digi. Krista is an amazing artist and I will be buying lots of the Saturated Canary digi stamps!!!!!
This one is called Partyhardy and I really made her colorful (card for a teenager).
I used BG's Life of the Party collection to showcase her and the heart border is a Magnolia die.

February Christmas Cards for Hjertebodens

Greetings to everyone....got up really early this morning. My dog sat next to my bed whining, pretending he has to go out when all he wants is MY BED!!! As soon as I'm up, he's on it!!! Tooo funny!!!I know his tricks, but I let him get away with it.

I finished my Christmas card entries for the month of February and I am submitting them to Hjertebodens Jule Blogg. We were required to follow a BINGO format for at least one of the cards and I chose the diagonal which required me to include the following: charm/flower/glitter.
I decided to make another book card featuring Tilda with Candy Cone from the Sweet Christmas Dreams collection, available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. Tilda is showcased on a Nellie Snellen die and the papers are from BG's Nordic Collection.

The next two cards feature a Toppled Christmas Tree. Thank you to my sweet friend SANDY for that adorable whimsical stamp. Loooooove it!
Also featured is a vintage card using fabulous Pion Design papers. The gorgeous lace was a gift from a dear friend. The die peeking out is Memory Box Catalina Wreath.

Well, I tried something new, but I don't think it's working! I have no idea how my cards will post.....never in the order I download them!!!!! This time, I tried typing the text first and then download one card....in this case, my book card.
I can't seem to solve this problem.

Bird Swing

Good afternoon everyone! I'd like to share a sweet image I just fell in love with....doesn't that just melt your heart????? It's a Wee stamp, available from Whimsy Stamps.
The design is very simple because this paper is so beautiful, it does not need any enhancements. It is from "The Garden of Blue Flowers Collection S103", designed by Denise Ann. It is printed in Australia.

Inventory Challenge #67

Good morning everyone....wishing you all a very happy FRIDAY! Danielle and I, along with the rest of our fabulous teammates, welcome you to our Inventory Challenge.
Our theme this week is "Love from My Kitchen"...show something cooked/baked".
OK!!! Easy-peasy!!! My card today features a Special Edition Tilda holding a basket of "Valentine" heart cookies. She is sitting on a cabinet by Haenglar. I featured her on a Nestie circle with a Nestie heart in the background. The papers are from various sources, including Magnolia, BoBunny and Flair Designs "What's Cooking" collection.
The inside of the card features Chef Tilda from the Yummy for Your Tummy Collection.

Also featured today is a collection of Valentine hearts I baked to go along with the card. I baked heart sugar cookies with a decorative border and an almond in the center. Also featured is a chocolate heart cookie with chopped pecans, dipped partly in chocolate and sprinkled with chopped pecans. Next, I baked chocolate peanut butter hearts and sandwiched them together with melted chocolate and a dab of strawberry jelly in the center. Then I sprinkled a little confectioners sugar on top.
Those babies just melt in your mouth!
