Pastries

I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas.....I'm presently still in the recovery mode.
Most of you know that I work nights, which means I worked all day and all night and did not get any sleep for two days! It was a lot easier when I was younger, so I decided that I would definitely take off next Christmas! I had an early Christmas dinner yesterday and was in my PJs before the guests were out the door...LOL!!!
I feel so much better today.
I thought I'd show you some of the pastries I made. Didn't make any cookies this year. When my kids were still home, I used to bake 45 different kinds of cookies. All the teachers, friends, neighbors, nursing homes, etc. were recipients of my cookies.
Baking is something I really still enjoy doing, but since my husband was diagnosed with diabetes, I don't do much baking any more.
If you took the time to swing by my blog, I thank you very much! Hope you have a wonderful week before the craziness begins! Hugs, Christina

Sweet Pea's Dark Angel

Good morning everyone! I needed a break from Christmas cards so I decided to ink one of my Sweet Pea stamps. This beautiful angel is colored with copics and showcased on the loveliest papers I received from a sweet friend called "Winter Wonderland" by K&Company. Thank you so much for those gorgeous papers, Sweetie!
The beautiful metal corner was a gift from my wonderful friend, Jacque. Love it!
Everything else is from my stash.
Well, the hustle and bustle of Christmas is upon us, but I do hope that you will have a little time to relax and enjoy the season!

Thank you for visiting my humble blog.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO MY FAMILY IN GERMANY AND ALL MY FRIENDS AROUND THE WORLD!!!!

Tilda Creates a Snow Heart

Good morning everyone......only a few more days to get all the baking and cleaning done before company arrives. It will be dog chaos at my house!!!! Hahahah...such fun!
Today, I'd like to show you a card I made a while ago with one of my favorite Tildas.
I featured her on Magnolia papers and a Nellie Snellen oval die. The snowflakes are Nesties. Tilda with Snow Heart is colored with copics.
Have you seen the Special Edition Tilda which looks quite similar, but she has a snowflake in her hand....she is adorable!

Wishing you all a fabulous day and I thank you for visiting my blog, especially at this chaotic time of the year! Love and hugs, Christina

Tilda Hiding a Christmas Gift

Good morning to all my fabulous blogging friends .... wishing you all a wonderful Sunday!!! I'm getting an early start; need to make a couple more Christmas cards and then I have to bake.
I'd like to share a card I made for my co-workers. It is Tilda Hiding Gift from the Sweet Christmas Dreams collection. I colored this cutie with copics and showcased her on Inkido papers....love those pastel Christmas papers designed by the fabulous Kristine Moldenhauer Biseth. I also used my Stempelglede stamps around the oval edges.
On the inside of this card, you will see an MS punch, Marianne dies and, of course, the Memory Box Frosty Border.

Good morning everyone...hope you are all having a marvelous weekend! Today, I'd like to show you my three entries for December, created for the HJERTEBODENS YULE BLOGG. My LOTV card features papers from Hot Off the Press Vintage Christmas pack.
The heart circle is a Nestie and the ribbon is from my stash.
I created another book card with Midwinter Tilda from the Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection. The papers are from Maja Design, the fence is Magnolia and the reindeer is a Marianne die. All images are colored with copics.
