Tilda and Edwin

Good morning everyone. Hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are ready to begin a new week!
This card is for the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog which requires the following color challenge: pink/green/blue
I also remember reading that the January Magnolia-licious Homepage card should feature Tilda and Edwin with lots of glitter. Therefore, I decided to combine the two challenges.
I used papers from Best Creation and the rest is all from my stash. The beautiful pink doily is from my wonderful friend, Jacque. Thank you so much!
As you can see, I used lots and lots of Stickles. You can purchase these cuties at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. They are part of the 2010 Christmas Collection.
Thank you so much for visiting my humble blog. Hugs!

Magnolia Winter Scene

Good morning everyone and a very happy weekend! Wow, we are in the midst of a major snowstorm...expecting 8-12" in my area!!!!! I'm sure the kids are all bringing their sleds out today. I vaguely remember when snow used to be FUN!!! Ughhhhh!!!!!
Today I have a scene card using three Magnolia stamps...Homespun Tilda, Tilda with Lantern and Winter Pines. The two Tildas are from the 2007 Christmas collection and I know that the Homespun Tilda is currently available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. I didn't see Tilda with Lantern, but I know Diana will be more than happy to get this cutie for you!
The papers are all from my stash and the beautiful snowflake is by Jolee.
The images were colored with copics and I used liquid applique with Stardust Stickles on the trees.
Thank you so much for visiting. Have a wonderful day!

Haenglar Tea-Light Card

Good Evening to all my blogging friends. Hope you are having a relaxing evening.
I've been busy attempting to create a tea-light card for LOVELY HAENGLARS ONLY.
I have been searching for a tutorial and came upon one by Marianne. She did a wonderful job and you can find it HERE.
I used Melissa Frances "Virginia" papers, Nesties, Magnolia leaf die, flowers by Prima and the gorgeous brad is from Dovecraft. The ribbon is from my stash.
I purchased Balsam Cedar tea lights for the card.
I used a mini Haenglar for the inside of the card. I brushed gold smooch on the wings, but it really doesn't show up well on the picture.
Thank you so much for visiting. Now that I have made my first tea-light card, I will definitely be making more. Hugs, Christina

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone! Danielle and I welcome you to our Inventory Challenge #8. I was also going to enter this card in the Stamp with Fun Challenge #86, but realized it was too late. I followed the wonderful sketch by the talented Andrea-Emmi41.

The beautiful cream colored lace was a gift from my dear friend, Claudia...thanks, Hon! The red vintage flower was a gift from my wonderful friend, Jacque....the perfect touch, don't you think?? Thank you!

Decorating the Christmas Tree

Good evening everyone! I have been taking some time and admiring all of your beautiful works of art and I am just amazed at all the talent out there.
I made this card for the MAGNOLIA-LICIOUS CHALLENGE BLOG. We were to take our inspiration from a picture of a Christmas tree, wreath, gifts and window. I chose to follow up on the Christmas tree and I immediately knew which two Tildas I wanted to use. The tree and both of those cuties are from the 2008 Christmas collection and available for purchase at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. The gorgeous red glittery ribbons and flower were a gift from my wonderful friend, Jacque.
I also used the Magnolia lace die and chandelier glass, also available at Diana's store.
The lace is from my stash, as well as the gold ribbon and paper.
Thank you so much for visiting. Your wonderful comments mean so much!
