Inventory Challenge #28

Good morning everyone and welcome to Inventory Challenge #28. The theme this week is the royal wedding.....I plan on getting up at 5:00am next Friday to watch the the big event!
My wedding card showcases the Magnolia church and the bridal couple and flower girl from the 2010 collection. They should all be available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. All images were colored with copics. The beautiful gold corners were a gift from a dear friend. The papers are all from my stash.
The second card was actually the first one I made. The image was colored with distress inks. The bridal dress was my final touch when the unthinkable happened.....a big blob of ink in the middle of her dress!!!! Well, I tried to tone it down with water, not succeeding in that endeavor. Then I merely added a little gray to the rest of the dress and lots of Stickles. Needless to say, I was not happy with the result, but decided to show you the card anyway. The beautiful lace was a gift from my dear friend, Danielle...thanks, Hon!
The beautiful gold doily was a gift from sweet Jacque....thanks Sweetie!
Everything else is from my stash.
Now, I would like to invite you to visit my friend and teammate, Danielle, and view her gorgeous work of art. Then please also visit our other friends and teammates, Sandy and Rene to see their beautiful works.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I appreciate it so much!
Wishing you all a very happy and blessed Easter!!! Hugs, Christina

  22. This is beautiful, Christina! Don't you hate those last second accidents? I remember in December, when I was the guest DT for All That Scraps... I had my first project all set to photograph when my daughter dumped an entire glass of chocolate milk on it! I thought I was going to lose my sanity LOL

  31. Christina! These are both fantastic! I honestly cannot see a blob on the dress. I know it is upsetting though when that happens because YOU know it happened. Looks super gorgeous to me though and love the gold details.
I am so excited about the wedding too! I think people in the US must be more excited than the ones living in the UK haha! I'm such a romantic at heart!
I hope your Easter was a good one!

All the gold trims just make your cards pop so elegant.

Now for the coloring,I don't see nothing wrong hun lol!!

I do hate when that happens to me ugh!! I'm glad you kept going though because what you added was depth to her dress with the grey shade. It looks more realistic to me :)
