A Couple of Christmas Card
Hi and thanks so much for dropping by! I am working furiously to get some Christmas cards done and in the mail by the beginning of December. This SC cutie is an image I just purchased and had to color up right away. Papers are Maja Design.
The other card is a couple of Christmas gnomes taken off the computer. I think they are so adorable. It makes a quick card and the embellishments are held to a minimum.

Cozy Tilda
Good Morning and a very happy Sunday to all! Today, I'd like to share a card I made with Cozy Tilda from the current "Waiting for Christmas" collection. She is colored with copics and showcased on Maja papers.
I purchased a Memory Box die called "Swirling Snowflakes" last year and really didn't know what I was going to do with it. Then, I thought of the Pion Papers with the deer! A very, very simple card emerged.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs!

My first Christmas Cards
OK...starting to feel pressure to create some Christmas cards. It will be here before we know it!!! I'm waiting for my new Magnolia kit, so in the meantime, I decided to make some quick cards..no coloring! I found the beautiful angel image on the computer. My friend, Cathy Lynn, created a gorgeous canvas last year using that image. Thanks for stopping by....always happy to have visitors.

Another Advent Calendar
Good Morning and thank you for visiting my blog! This calendar was the test case and constructed prior to the large tree I posted recently. I just did not know what I was going to do with the shadow box. I knew I wanted a Santa and this gorgeous vintage Santa is from the Kaisercraft St. Nicholas collection fit the bill perfectly.

Advent Calendar
A big hello to all my visitors! OMG.....let me tell you, this project was monumental. It took me all month, working on it every day! It is for the family Christmas present. We have a tradition in our family where everyone makes something and it has to be a handmade project. My husband is making a cedar chest for a lucky someone. We each pull a number and when the number is called, we select a gift. However, if someone else picked a gift that we would like, we may "steal" the gift and then that person gets to select another gift. I can show it on my blog because no one visits my blog. As long as I keep it off FB, I'm good...hahahaha

Tilda and Friend
Good Morning and thank you for stopping by for a visit! Today, I'd like to share Tilda and her cute little mouse from the Animals of the Year Collection. She is colored with copics and the papers are from my stash. I still had some of Chelsea's beautiful digital paper so I used it for the bow and right behind the image.

Something Different
Hi everyone! Today, I'd like to share something different I've been working on. It is also Kevin-inspired. The background is a collection of inks with a little water resist and then I splattered some No Bleed White on the surface. I stamped some branches in white, but it was not the right white....I used frost white and it was too translucent and doesn't really show. Then I stamped black leaves on top of the white and added lots of dots with jelly roll pens. I also made a second card using different colors for the background.

The Great Outdoors
Wow....let me tell you, I have an extensive collection of Stampscapes! As a matter of fact, I think I have every stamp, large, small and in-between, that Kevin ever came out with! I've been ignoring them for years ever since I discovered Maggies, but, lately, I'm really enjoying using them again. I started my stamping experience with Stampscapes and I think they make such great masculine cards....something that I just can't accomplish with Maggies....LOL! I just finished this scene and I used lots of stamps for this one. Hope you like it! Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I love your comments. Hugs, Christina

More Scenery Cards
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for stopping by.....it is truly appreciated. As promised, I'd like to share a tropical scene inspired by Kevin. Hope you like it! At the same time, I also made a scene card with a lighthouse. I love to visit lighthouses and hope to do so in the future. I loved visiting Maine in the past where they have some really neat lighthouses.
I'm not entirely happy with the way this one turned out and when hubby saw the other one, he laughed out loud.....said that is NOT the Aurora Borealis! Hahahahahaha I mentioned artistic license and left it at that!!!!!
