Western Tilda

Good morning everyone and a very happy Sunday! I just returned from my walk with "Buddy" and was still contemplating whether this card is "post worthy"...LOL
Well, obviously I decided to go ahead and take the leap! My friend Jacque posted a card on her blog yesterday using the same image and she did a magnificent job!
This is too funny because it is the second time we were working on the same image at the same time!!!!
Well, I used my Stampscapes for the background mountain. Of course, I had to take out the horse.....wouldn't be a western scene without the horse! The corner is from Megahobby and I made the flower with my Nellie Snellen punches. The images were colored with copics.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my sweet friend DANIELLE for the lovely blog award. Unfortunately, I could not fulfill all the requirements due to time constraints, but I am so appreciate to this sweet and wonderful lady.
I am humbled and honored! Thank you!

  3. Hello Christina! "Waves" how mysterious they are!! I do love your Tilda cowgirl, she is so very pretty. and brought such a smile on my face: I am deep in "marine" theme right now to write the following episode and just took a break. miles away from the mountain! I like very much the idea of the rope, under the image and rolled, imitating a lasso, very nice. And the paper is gorgeous, goes so well with the image. You had second toughts?? I hope I convinced you: Your work is wonderful.
    Have a nice sunday.

  7. Oh Christina, it is absolutely lovely. What are you talking about, we want to see all your creations. I am blown away by the mountains in the background. It could be the Rockies or the ones in front of my windows, the Sierra Nevada Mtns. So totally Western and the DP fits perfect. What a super idea the way you added the "rope", ready to use for wrangling....hehehe.

    Eine super tolle Kreation, Christina.
