Happy Princess Tilda

Good afternoon everyone.....hope your week is going well! Had a little time today to work on a new card featuring my favorite image from the current "Once Upon A Time" collection. She is colored with copics and showcased on lovely Maja paper and lace from my stash. The lovely wildflower paper behind the image is also from my stash. I did some frantage embossing around the oval edge.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and leave a comment. I love reading them and I truly appreciate them. Big Hugs, Christina

Tilda Longstocking

Good afternoon to all my awesome blogging friends! My embossing enamel arrived in the mail today, so I could not wait to try the frantage technique. I used shabby pink and added some glass glitter.....love that stuff!!!!! I'm showcasing Tilda Longstocking from the new Once Upon a Time collection. She is colored with copics, as well as the Magnolia background, from an older collection. My new Magnolia dies also arrived today and you can see two of them on the card....the feathers and the lovely lace border. The small feather almost looks black on the picture, but it is actually a darker purple..same as the lace border. On the top left of the card is a Joy Crafts die. Papers are from Maja Design Spring Vintage Basics.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I appreciate your visit and comments. Big Hugs, Christina

Continuing my journal pages!

Hello one and all.....so happy you came for a visit!!! I'm continuing my journey into mixed media art and most certainly learning along the way. I thought my spray inks are permanent since I did not seem to have a problem with the green and blue I used previously, but, once I applied the medium gel, the red began to bleed, but I kind of like the effect. What do you think??????

Thank you so much for visiting my humble blog and taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it. Hugs, Christina

A Rose for a Princess

Good afternoon to all my awesome blogging friends! I'd like to share a card I made with one of the lovely Tildas from the current Once Upon a Time Collection. She is colored with copics, as is her adoring puppy who is presenting her with a rose. I actually colored the puppy a long time ago, not knowing what I will do with the image! All the elements on this card are from my stash. Papers are from Magnolia.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my humble blog. I truly appreciate it! The biggest hugs to all of you, Christina

More Journal Pages.....my newest obsession!

Happy Saturday everyone! This is my response to the horrible winter weather we are still subjected to!!!! I'm not a fan of tropical climates because I don't like heat and humidity, but I'm starting to come around and actually wishing for it! OMG!!!! Enough of this nasty cold weather!
My journal is becoming a new obsession....I love the freedom to create what I please without artistic restrictions. So much fun!
