Tilda in Butterfly Dress

Good morning everyone! I got up extra early this morning in order to finish my card.
I colored Tilda in Butterfly Dress with copics. Papers are from the Graphic 45 Once Upon a Springtime Collection. The lovely flowers were a gift from my special friend,Jacque. I believe I purchased the lace at Webster's Pages, and, of course, I used the Magnolia lace die. Presently, I believe this Tilda is no longer in stock at Diana's Magnolia-licious store.
I have to make this short, as my Buddy is getting impatient for his daily walk.
I have to keep my fur baby happy!!! Thanks so much for visiting. Hugs to all!!!

Magnolia Spring Tag Card

Good morning everyone! Wow, going to work last night was a white-knuckle experience.
Heavy snow with 30mph wind and some gusts higher than that!!!! We have 4-5ft. snow drifts in the driveway. I spent yesterday making a "spring" card to cheer me up.
I used three images from the new Butterfly Dreams Collection, some of which are still available at Diana's Magnolia-licious store. Tilda with a bunch of tulips is Sold Out...sorry! I used Tilda with lacy jeans on the inside of the tag card and she was still available last time I checked. The tulip walkway is also from the new collection.
This time I colored the images with copics. I used the beautiful lace I received from my dear friend DANIELLE. Thanks so much Hon...love it! The beautiful flowers were a gift from my very special friend Jacque...love it Sweetie. Thank you so much.
The fence and lace on the inside of the tag card are from Magnolia and the sentiment is on a Nestie. The papers were purchased long ago. They are from the Designers Line by Prima Marketing.
Thank you so much for visiting. I appreciate your comments so much. Hugs!!

Three Christmas Cards for February Hjerteboden's Juleblogg

Good morning everyone....wishing you all a wonderful weekend! It's finally starting to warm up a bit. My family came back from warm and sunny Curacoa yesterday with a tan, and, judging by the photos, it was paradise on earth!
Being home on vacation, I had time to spend in my craft room and I finished the three Christmas cards for the Hjerteboden's Juleblogg.
My Tilda with violin was colored with distress inks and the papers I used were from Magnolia and some were designed by Kristine Moldenhauer Biseth. The gorgeous flowers are from Magnolia and the lovely corner adorner was a gift from my wonderful friend, Jacque.
The beautiful lace was also a gift from another sweet friend, Claudia. Thank you girls for thinking of me in such a special way.
The other two cards are "vintage" utilizing photos I received from another special friend. Thank you so very much.....I adore these wonderful photos!
The papers on the blue card are from Melissa Frances. The gorgeous white rose ribbon was also a gift from sweet Jacque.
For the final vintage card, I used papers from the Bo Bunny Christmas collection.
This one caught my daughter's eye right away....she loves the reindeer!
The raffia is from RRR and the beautiful gold mistletoe and red velvet flower were also a gift from Jacque. Thank you Sweetie!!!
I hope you like my cards. I am so very thankful for all your wonderful comments!
I love making cards and it's so nice when you get encouragement. Hugs!!!!

Good afternoon everyone! I have lots of time to craft this week......I'm on VACATION!
I created this card for the Magnolia-licious Highlites Challenge which calls for the following recipe: hearts, white, silver and pink
I used Tilda with big ribbon. She is my very favorite image from this new collection.

I colored this cutie with my distress inks ever so lightly! The papers are from Best Creations. The hearts are Nesties and MS punches and the tag is also from Magnolia.

NOW, ON TO THE WINNERS!!!! I drew two names from my Comments section and the following two ladies can go shopping at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. You have each won a $50 shopping spree!!! Now, without further ado, the lucky winners are:

SHARRON aka Sharrahug

Colors of Spring

Good day everyone....hope you're having a great Super Bowl Day!!! Since I'm from Wisconsin, I have to cheer for the Packers!!!!
In all honesty, I really don't know anything about football, so I hope whoever you cheer for, will be the winning team!!!!
I made another tag card (can you tell I love to make those cards?????) and I'm entering it in the LOVELY HAENGLAR ONLY challenge which calls for "spring colors". I have to thank my wonderful friend CLAUDIA for inspiring me to make this type of card.
I immediately thought of the gorgeous papers I received from my sweet friend, JACQUE, a couple of years ago. I've been saving it because it is no longer available. I just love this paper!!! Thank you so much, Jacque!
I colored the image with distress inks (still learning....I have a longgggg way to go before I'm happy with the results). I really do enjoy this new coloring medium and it has defnitely taken me out of my comfort zone. The lovely yellow blossom was also a gift from Jacque.
Thank you so much for visiting my humble blog. Love you all!!!!

King Tilda

Good morning everyone and a very happy Saturday....whoohooo!!! Well, I am continuing my journey with distress inks. I hope you like my new creation! I used a wonderful sketch by the incredibly talented Tanja (Stampin Piper) for FRIDAY SKETCHERS #140.
I am also entering this card in the JUST MAGNOLIA AND HANGLAR&STANGLAR CHALLENGE BLOG.
I found some excellent watercolor paper....now I have to initiate a search for the manufacturer.
I used BoBunny papers on my card. The beautiful lace is a gift from my fabulous friend, Claudia. The castle is a stamp from Great Impressions and, of course, Tilda is from the new "You are So Special" Collection, available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. The site was down last night, so I don't know if she has the collection up.
Thank you so much for visiting. I appreciate all of your comments.

Good morning to all my blogging friends....hope you will have a wonderful day!
OMG, thank you sooooo much for all your kind comments and encouragement on my first distress inks project...you have given me hope!!!

Danielle and I welcome you once again to our Inventory Challenge #17. This time, we decided on a tag card with some distressing. Claudia was the inspiration for this card. Take a look at her beautiful tag card HERE.
You can find a tutorial for this card by Tiets HERE.
For my tag card, I opted to use this beautiful image I received from a lovely and magnificently talented friend. Thank you so much for this lovely gift!!
The papers I used were purchased a long time ago....sorry, no name! I used a MS border punch and pearls. The other gorgeous embellishments were gifts from my wonderful friend, Jacque. Thanks Sweetie, love it!
The beautiful scroll on top of the tag card was purchased from Melissa Frances.

I would like to invite you to visit my friend and teammate Danielle's magnificent blog and get some inspiration, as well as our other wonderful teammates, Charlene, Rene and Sandy.

Tilda in Inks......OMG!!!!

Good evening everyone! OMG....I just finished my first Tilda card in INKS!!!
Take it easy on me, girls....this is my first attempt and I know I need lots of practice!!!!! Angie would probably give me a D- for my first attempt. Let me tell you, that "Bee" paper is unforgiving!!!!! The Tilda on the front of my card is stamped on thicker watercolor paper sent to me by a dear friend. The inside Tilda was stamped on the super thin "Bee" watercolor paper. The designer paper is from K&Co.
The beautiful lace is from my dear friend, Claudia and the absolutely gorgeous blossom on the front of the card was a gift from my wonderful friend, Jacque. It is so pretty, I just hated using it on this mediocre card!!! I'll probably take it off and put something else in its place.
Not to worry, I will keep practicing!!!!! Thanks for visiting....big hugs, Christina
