Inventory Challenge #16

Good morning everyone! Wow, I can't believe I haven't posted anything since last Friday....I guess I've been in a creative slump!
It is time once again for Danielle and I to welcome you to our Inventory Challenge.
Our theme for this week is based on the song "Hey, Good Lookin', Whatcha got Cookin'..." Of course, I get to use some of my stamps from the Magnolia Yummy for your Tummy Collection, available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store.

For this challenge, I decided to make a tri-shutter card. I colored Edwin with distress inks.....not happy with the result! I went back to copics with Tilda because the inks version was a total debacle. Coloring with inks is not an easy venue to learn....it takes practice, practice, practice!!!
The papers I used are from multiple sources: DCWV, Magnolia and Graphics 45.
The beautiful heart lace was a gift from my wonderful friend, Claudia. Thanks so much Sweetie...love it!

I would like to invite you to visit my wonderful friend and teammate, Danielle, and view her stunning work, as well as the fabulous works of our other teammates, Charlene, Rene and Sandy.
Thanks you so much for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I appreciate each and every one of you! Hugs!

  2. HI! Crissy, this is PURE MAGIC, very unique of you. I love all of it. The details are wonderful: from Your lace trade-mark to the cupcakes (I am crazy about these), to this little guy on the front of the card;this tri- shutter layout is perfect for our theme. Edwin is very nicely colored, you did very well. Tilda is so cute, very much alive. WOW, this paper is gorgeous, perfect forthe country style theme we had. You may be in a creative slump, but this card does not show it. CRoss my heart ! HUgs Dan.
