Inventory Challenge #29
Good morning everyone and a very happy Friday! I'm just sitting here, as I am posting, and enjoying the the sights and sounds of the royal wedding. Ohhhhhh, my goodness, those hats!!!!!!!!!!!! The bride is absolutely breathtaking!
Danielle and I welcome you to a very special challenge this week....the first stamp we ever purchased or a stamp we would never part with.
Well, that was an easy one for me because this precious Homespun Tilda from the Winter/Christmas collection 2007 caught my eye and there started my total infatuation and addiction with all things MAGNOLIA! This cutie should be available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store and if not, she will most certainly get it for you.
I have accumulated a huge collection over the years and would not part with any of them. They have really evolved over the years and have attained worldwide stature among stampers. How could one not fall in love with these cuties?????
For this card, I used papers designed by Gudrun Loennecken, dies by Marianne and lovely lace from my dear friend, Danielle. Thanks, Hon! On the inside of this card, I also used a Magnolia tag die. Tilda is colored with copics.
I would like to invite you to visit my friend and teammate, Danielle, and view her beautiful work of art and then swing on over and visit our other friends and teammates, Charlene, Rene and Sandy.
Thank you so much for visiting and leaving a comment. I appreciate each and every one of you. Hugs, Christina

Hello Baby!
Good morning everyone! I received some sweet hAnglar baby stamps in the mail the other day and I decided to make a card with the adorable baby boy. I had the paper from Best Creations for a very long time and now I finally had the opportunity to use it. The swirl is a T. Holtz die.
Thank you for visiting....wishing you a fabulous day!

Inventory Challenge #28
Good morning everyone and welcome to Inventory Challenge #28. The theme this week is the royal wedding.....I plan on getting up at 5:00am next Friday to watch the the big event!
My wedding card showcases the Magnolia church and the bridal couple and flower girl from the 2010 collection. They should all be available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. All images were colored with copics. The beautiful gold corners were a gift from a dear friend. The papers are all from my stash.
The second card was actually the first one I made. The image was colored with distress inks. The bridal dress was my final touch when the unthinkable happened.....a big blob of ink in the middle of her dress!!!! Well, I tried to tone it down with water, not succeeding in that endeavor. Then I merely added a little gray to the rest of the dress and lots of Stickles. Needless to say, I was not happy with the result, but decided to show you the card anyway. The beautiful lace was a gift from my dear friend, Danielle...thanks, Hon!
The beautiful gold doily was a gift from sweet Jacque....thanks Sweetie!
Everything else is from my stash.
Now, I would like to invite you to visit my friend and teammate, Danielle, and view her gorgeous work of art. Then please also visit our other friends and teammates, Sandy and Rene to see their beautiful works.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I appreciate it so much!
Wishing you all a very happy and blessed Easter!!! Hugs, Christina

Inventory Challenge #27
Good afternoon everyone! Oh my goodness, I am late posting my Inventory card today...my hard drive DIED!!! Lost lots of data! I am so lost right now....can't seem to find my comfort zone on this computer yet!
We are to take our inspiration this week from a painting by Degas, called "The Ballerinas".
The perfect papers for this challenge are the gorgeous papers designed by Melissa Frances. If you look close, you will even see ballerinas on the paper.
Of course, this theme gave me the perfect opportunity to use a stamp I have not as yet used...Ballerina Tilda! She is from the 2010 Fairytale Collection, available at Diana's Magnolia-licious Store. I colored this cutie with distress inks and the beautiful embellishemnts were a gift from a dear, sweet friend....thanks soooo much Sweetie! I finally a bit of the Tim Holtz film strip I have had for a very long time.
Thank you for your visit and I would like to encourage you to visit my friends and teammates and view their beautiful creations:

Attitude Girl
Good morning everyone! I colored this cutie a while back, but could not decide on the papers I wanted to use....something I always seem to struggle with! I have enough designer papers to last me
at least three years.....that's probably why I struggle....just can't find the RIGHT papers! Wish I had a better way of organizing papers!!!!!I store it in the plastic scrapbook containers according to company, seasons, holidays, etc. but it still does not meet my needs!
I made this card for Magnolia and Haenglar and Staenglar challenge blog which features a fabulous sketch by the talented Kathy. I colored my Haenglar girl with inks and I used papers by K&Co.'s Julianne collection, a gift from my dear friend Claudia. Thanks, Hon!
The exquisite stickpin was a gift from a sweet friend and I am very grateful to her for thinking of me in such a special way! Love you Sweetie!!!!
Thank you so much for visiting. Hope you have a wonderful day! Hugs, Christina

A hAnglar Easter
Good morning everyone! I hope you are all having a fantastic Monday!
I'd like to show you a card I made for Easter using one of the new hAnglar images.
I colored this bunny with copics. The papers are from Norway. I initially ordered 15 sheets of several patterns and they sent me 1!!!! Soooo, I managed to make two cards with the 1 sheet, only had enough to decorate the inside of this card!
I checked the site and found that the papers were completely sold out. I have more on order...thank goodness because I adore those papers!!!!
The flower is by Prima. I finally have my own personal stamp, ordered from Whimsey.
Isn't it awesome?????
Thank you so much for visiting. I appreciate your encouragement and thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to leave a comment. Hugs!
