Attitude Girl
Good morning everyone! I colored this cutie a while back, but could not decide on the papers I wanted to use....something I always seem to struggle with! I have enough designer papers to last me
at least three years.....that's probably why I struggle....just can't find the RIGHT papers! Wish I had a better way of organizing papers!!!!!I store it in the plastic scrapbook containers according to company, seasons, holidays, etc. but it still does not meet my needs!
I made this card for Magnolia and Haenglar and Staenglar challenge blog which features a fabulous sketch by the talented Kathy. I colored my Haenglar girl with inks and I used papers by K&Co.'s Julianne collection, a gift from my dear friend Claudia. Thanks, Hon!
The exquisite stickpin was a gift from a sweet friend and I am very grateful to her for thinking of me in such a special way! Love you Sweetie!!!!
Thank you so much for visiting. Hope you have a wonderful day! Hugs, Christina

Hello Christina, I love your card so much, pure magic. Love all the details that enhance your image. You colored this hAnglar cutie to perfection and love the frame around her, so very lovely. Absolutely fabulous.

Another lovely card & yes, Christina......she does have a lot of attitude going on! LOL Love your beautiful coloring. Love those papers too.
ReplyDeleteI started sorting my DP by color. This seems to work better since I always seem to choose DP for the color. And then I of course keep my holidays separate........Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc. But I'm like you.........I have a TON of paper. LOL Can we really have TOO much? LOL I don't think so! LOL And then I have a lot of digi papers too.......but those are much easier to store...:)
Have a great week!
Huggies ~
Sharron♥

ReplyDeleteThe papers you used work great with the colors you chose for your hAnglar girl. The worked out well and all the embellishments complete a perfect card. Excellent job. Another fun spring card.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!! Thanks so much for joining us at JM/HS this week x
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my most favorite cards that you have made Christina and I know why too. I love the way you have colored Miss Priss with the pale pink and blue. I love that combination. Gorgeous papers too. I know what you mean about finding the right paper. I too have a lot of paper, but when I get my assignment I start pondering my card and it seems that the new creation takes on its own personality and I have to find the paper that suits that personality. That is probably one of the hardest parts of building a new card for me - Everything came together on your beautiful card Christina!!
ReplyDeleteHugs Sandy
Well, one would never know you had a problem putting this great card together = looks wonderful and love the "attitude" girl - she's precious!! Great coloring/shading.
