Bright Tilda Sending Birthday Wishes

Good afternoon ....wishing you all a fabulous weekend! Today, I am featuring Bright Tilda, a special stamp from Magnolia. She is colored with copics and showcased on papers from Prima Marketing's Meadow Lark collection. The flowers and lace are from WOC. I am entering this card in two challenges where the theme is "Anything Goes"........ MIDWEEK MAGNOLIAS and TOMIC.
