Good morning to all my lovely blogging friends. I am continuing my mixed media journey and I am sharing my second page of the journal with you. If you look close (Please don't!), you will see some smearing when I applied the medium gel....don't know why. I applied the heat gun and I used StazOn ink! Lots of color again. When I see wildflowers blowing in the breeze, it is like a symphony, hence the addition of the musical instrument. Would love to know what you think.
Wishing you all a bautiful Easter...........I have been very busy baking all week and I am looking forward to seeing my family. Thank you so very much for taking the time to visit my blog. Big Hugs, Christina

This is BEAUTIFUL Christina. I do not think you should worry about smudges, they do add character to your pages, something appears in those journal pages: freedom and FUN, you look as though you are enjoying that journey very much, I am so proud. Hugs. xo
ReplyDeleteHello Christina, I feel just the same way... I used to sit in the yellow fields back in Germany and just listen how the wind blows the long grasses. I just see it in my mind ... This is the feeling I also get from your page. It is really beautiful and meaningful at the same time. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to show us the things you have made for Easter baking.

This is really nice, I have been afraid to try Mixed Media, but I might give it a go after seeing you stuff. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a natural with this Christina -- Your girl is outstanding!! I had trouble with ink smearing too - someone suggested that maybe the paper has not dried enough. I cannot get over what a wonderful job you have done with your mixed media art. You took to it like a duck takes to water!!
